Terrific Tidemill!

We hopped onto the Deptford bus last Friday, to visit Chestnut and Maple Classes at Tidemill Academy. Hello everyone! And a big thank you to Amelia Swan for inviting us along!

The children invented some exciting new characters for Stripy Horse to meet and used lots of very clever words to describe them. Below are just a few of their drawings, but everyone did a terrific job! We’d like you to meet Rosetta the Cat, Isabella the Owl, Pip the Giraffe and a very pretty princess (and there are some great drawings of Stripy Horse from Christina and her classmates too)…

And here’s Karen doing some drawing of her own…

We were also shown some amazing photos of the Tidemill teachers dressed in their own special Stripy Horse costumes last year, and we hope to put them up here soon – wait until you see Hermann!

We had a great morning Jim and Karen – thanks again! The children have been thinking about the mischief the 7th monkey could get up to in your next book! We look forward to your next visit!
